Which seems fair with her new hero stats but still no tenacity/evasion
But more testing might help to be more accurate. I think her damage potential MAY be that of a low S tier hero - also cause she’ll gain energy real quick with slows

It’s really inconsistent, as Coleslaw has emojis even though he previously didn’t have emojis, but certain character who have designs from DEB aren’t cosmetics in the game.
