It needs to be fix the bug on that game.
Well considering a large number of other people in the city know how to communicate with animals, or how to make animal speak to human speak translators, Bolt probably got a translator, like what Dug has, but with a more accurate voice, probably with the help of other scientists now in the city, like Gyro.

Could make sense, who wonât want to use opportunity to understand own dog, and Penny loves Bolt.
Gyro did something for Donald in new DT, so his voice was clear and understandable by everyone.
In one of missions was mentioned thing to make everyone sing opera.

This reminds me, thereâs an old Donald cartoon where he takes pills for the same effect. I wonder if the DuckTales episode has any references to it?

Gyro was simply annoyed by Donaldâs voice so he give him without his will an new invention to him, worked not so long.

I know it was Don Cheadle who voiced Donaldâs understandable voice. I was just trying to be funny. My sense of humor just doesnât work for a lot of people.
