We just got new one, and it wonât change for next 3/4 months.
And shops? Well⊠we have coin themed crates.
Token crates are stupid, Iâd rather spend 5k tokens on 50 chips than gamble them on 8-25 and some mediocre consumables. 
Characters will be in the diamond crates regardless of where they are (with the exceptions of VIP and Sign-in), being exclusive just means theyâre harder to acquire. I would say what I feel would be the best-case scenario for everyone to build her, but any hero outside of shops or guild crates is frustrating if not impossible for F2Ps to farm for, and new heroes are never put directly into either.
Maybe as a Coliseum exclusive would be cool, since Coli Challengers isnât hard to get into and having separate Challengers exclusives would mean an extra slot to put new heroes into so older ones can be farmable for longer. Of course, I would hope this would come with an increase in the amount of chips received from weekly rewards.
