Oogie doesn’t act like himself, he’s acting more like a character in who framed roger rabbit knowing they are a toon
Technically not true…
“Animated” means moving, active, lively, etc. Whether it is in cartoons or in real life. So technically he didn’t break the 4th wall.

This is like saying “they broke the 4th wall”. That’s why.
Everytime I see these weird frames I think it can’t get any better (or worse) and then more come along and I’m like that’s the best thing ever!
