Just saw that. Even at level 4 and P1, that shied has a lot of HP.
She needs a nerf indefinitely.

I never even used gizmo, and didn’t know he was helpful…which was a bummer…

Yes, there was like 1 gizmo in every other breaker quest level…
I was unlocking him by buying chips in markets, but I stopped once I found he was being nerfed. I pretty much have all the heroes currently worth having.
