Because my Baymax is really weak so I was never able to get it but come to think of it it should be unlocked now (due to the friendship refresh) 
. I’ll start using the Baymax disk from now on.

Quorra disk is far better. At max level, baymax disk heals 200k hp over 6 seconds, which is completely pitiful. I’d much rather have the boosted shield hp.

That was my thinking when I levelled up Quorra. I don’t use Kevin for any sort of healing and 3 of my top 5 have powerful heals so I think I’ll stick with the Quorra disk.
This is only theoretical, but I bet Flynn’s red skill extends the length of the heal over time as well.
And anyways, bonus energy 
It doesn’t matter how much you extend it, 200k healing won’t amount to anything. And the starting energy is very minimal. The shield hp will actually have an impact on the battle and the healing will not.
