Merida’s Elastigirl Disk, which has frozen arrows which should have the disk colored blue, is colored red, which could be mixed up with FIRE.
While Merida’s Bogo disk, which has fire arrows which should have the disk colored red, is colored blue, which could be mixed up with ICE.

I guess I’m an irregular regular now, lol (I’ve lost all the perks to being a regular except insta-flagging… must be a bug). It’s been like that since yesterday…
But I got a new disk!
I had to invest in Sadness a lot for this disk. Davy Jones was in every level except the last one.

Can a buff fail on the hero giving the buff or be less effective
For example- Jumba’s Basic Attack now steals 500 energy from enemies.
This Skill is less effective if JUMBA is above level X
Can this be done or is this impossible?
(Not an actual skill buff,just used a example that came to mind)
Kinda off topic here 
Anyway it’s not common but it can happen. Just take a look at Joy’s green or Rapunzel’s purple
