Work on Elastigirl (JJ) and Stitch (Ma). It’s the least you could do 
Even without power ups?
All you need is EG’s reality shread and Stitch’s slows/stun, neither of which are level-dependent 
Mim and Shang are a good start, but don’t use any control heroes. The bot is immune to disables, so you’re wasting team slots.
And as Djaq has said, Stitch (Ma)/Animal (Go)/Elastigirl (Ja) are all a good idea.
