I don’t think anyone can. Because you can never actually finish due to the fact we can’t change our profile pictures. Therefore won’t complete all task.

One: you can. Now you can change your username all you want. Two: some actually have completed it…
That dosent actually allow you to Chang your profile it allows the forum to change/asign you a different avatar. Quite different.
I know because I was one of the original people involved with @NCTZEN_Haechan when we worked on it together in a PM chat.
I myself changed mine to 20 some odd different avatars & since none were what I wanted I ended up keeping my original avatar.

You need to talk to discobot in a PM for it to work. That’s where I completed it

To create a private message, first click your player icon up in the top right. (I’m on PC, the placing may be different for mobile users.) A drop-down should appear.
Next, hit the letter icon. This will bring you to the “Messages” tab of your profile.
Now, just hit “New Message” and put @discobot as the other user, and you’re set! Here’s your diploma
