Discussing Pete

Now that Pete is fully out in the game, I was wondering what everyone’s views on him are now that he is added to the game.

Personally, I think he is really good as a controlling damge hero. Considering he is able to hit several enemies with his bowling balls allows him to easily take out the weaker enemies, so that the rest of the team can focus down the stronger ones.

I just thought I’d create a discussion on this. I’m glad he finally made it to the game.

He looks promising, especially once he has a friendship disk, but I’m not sure if I’ll actually try to use him for another month or two:

Oh wow a .10? So it’ll take a FULL month to fix?

He seems to have another bug - his basic attack knockbacks everyone, but it doesn’t apply slow from Pocahontas’ Kida disk.
Anyone else experienced this?

If Disney Heroes is anything like Smite, then knockup is a different effect from knockback. :V

They probably should’ve said that enemies are “knocked upwards” rather than “knocked up” due to the other meaning of “knocked up” in American English.

Mickey is going to be upset when he finds out that Pete knocked up Minnie.

Except his skill literally says “knocked up enemies are considered knocked back”.
And his red straight up says “knocked back”, not “knocked up”

Paired with Pocahontas (Ki), yah they should be slowed.

Another issue (maybe just in spars?) is the lag. Pete bowls across and 2 seconds later enemies float up then slowly back down - almost like Pocahontas’s white. Too much of a delay, looks so weird

I see Pete as a neutral character

Pete is finally a first strong hero since Zeus.
He has his bugs but even then he does tons of damage and hard counters everything what uses reflect, like Ian or DW.

I just hope the team will give him tenacity in future as it barely works.

Me.

(2) Silence blocks his basic attacks too.
