And you all called me crazy for saying it would get blocked by the F.B.D…

In fact, i don’t really trust YouTube if i want to watch a full movie for free, there could be some parts that is cut off, and also copyright?

Yeah… never trust youtube…

Once, my teacher put on Elf for the holidays, and it was a random youtuber, and I was just sat there like:

Not to mention the sound quality must be awful on what they filmed it on.

Yep, and also some of those “full movies” i watched also has some kind of random picture behind the movie as if we’re watching it on some kind of theather, it’s kind of distracting actually.

Same here and It was working when I linked it

Well, the movie on YT actually had good quality for once :man_shrugging:

I thought I was not going to post about the movie because I have technically left the forums but not really… but I am going to.

Yes. I spent the 30 bucks. Was it worth it? Yes times a million. Here are my spoiler free thoughts.

I cried happy tears at the beginning because we have not seen a Disney Animation film since FROZEN II. The story was great because everything had a purpose, even Raya being a princess (yes… a literal one and not figurative like Moana), and I appreciate great storytelling and always will. However, I still like to argue Raya is more the badass warrior type and that is evident in the entire film. The animation was gorgeous. The characters were great, but Sisu, Namaari, and Raya came out as my favorites from the film. Powerful message(s) and I cried a couple times. Overall, I was blown away and amazed.

I also really want to make concepts but I know I shouldn’t.

I have seen it too, and i agree with you. I really like the Southeast Asian cultures in the movie as well, and i’ve seen some people that actually complain about it. This is probably the best Raya review i’ve seen so far.

And good luck on everything, wish you the best.

So would it be a good idea to buy it, and set up a projector outside and watch it with a few friends and their parents/siblings?

Yes! I actually love doing that kind of stuff!
