She does do this in one House of Mouse episode. I realize that isn’t totally canon, but she did do it.

I think it was a Halloween episode, Donald triednto scare her in her queen form and she transformed into the Witch and scared him. She actually wasn’t the only one who did so, I think Beast did it too.
