Oh and, for cleaning the burn you have to use his WS, not his basic attack 
his blue skill?
Here:
Hiro isn´t charmed, the WS is the one that cleans the burn
I am sorry for being dumb
Anyway, start doing your turn while I edit (btw Hiro is full health because the WS heals more than the basic attack would)
