I don´t see why not
I don’t think that would work well, but being able to use all three of your heroes at the same time would speed things up 3x. I’m not sure how that would change the balance though, maybe if Kayla makes a second battle thread then one can use the different rules to test it out? 
There’d need to be a way to compensate for whoever gets the first turn, though (granted, first turn already makes a difference in the current style, albeit less so). Maybe the first skill that the second person uses would have -1 turn to its first cooldown? Or person #1 would have to declare their heroes first.

Wikis would be difficult to use, some new users can’t such as @mike_is_cool, and people could potentially cheat.
Though all of your heroes at once will be something to look for.
