Frozone
(He would actually have a gimmick where he would have a meter for his ice powers in which when it gets low he has to recharge with his down special)
Neutral special:iceball
Frozone shoots out a ice ball which deals 3% of damage to enemies and has a chance to freeze them
Side special:ice slide
Frozone creates a slippery ice trail and then slides on it which deals 5% of damage to enemies and the trail can make the opponent’s slip
Up special:ice ramp
Frozone uses his powers to create a ice ramp in order to reach the sky
Down special:getting a drink
Frozone drinks a cup of water in order to recharge his ice powers
Final smash:freezing blitz
Frozone covers the whole stage in ice as he skates into enemies multiple times dealing a ton of damage before finally dealing a final freezing blow which launches the enemy off the stage
