Disney’s worst movies

Dinosaur is actually a success making it the 5th highest grossing film of the year of 2000.

I believe the biggest case of my previous statment would have to be Alice in Wonderland. You can read it all right here.

Any recent movies ( newer than … meh 4 years ) . Worse than the animated are the live action remakes … bleccch

Encanto was pretty good, and I also liked Disenchanted, Onward, and Chip N’ Dale: Rescue Rangers.

Haunted mansion and jungle cruise were pretty good tho :eyes:

The jungle book and the lion king remakes are actually good.

Interesting options.

I hate Chicken Little with a passion. The character designs and personalities, the plot, the commercials. Hated all of it. I was infuriated when Chicken Little was a summon in Kingdom Hearts 2. Luckily he never appeared again in anything ever.

I haven’t heard anyone that’s seen Black Cauldron not like the movie. I’ve personally never seen it. I feel like it was just way ahead of it’s time. With how mainstream DnD is nowadays, it would’ve been a hit at the box office if it came out recently.

Do people not like The Rescuers Down Under? I’ve seen that movie and it was okay. Nothing spectacular but it’s not a movie that I feel would make people feel hate. More forgettable than anything.

SPEAKING OF FORGETTABLE. I had to look up The Wild. That doesn’t even look like a Disney movie. I’ve never seen it but I’m not surprised it got votes just from the images I saw from it.

Home on the Range I’ve heard more negative but I do hear mixed opinions of it as well.

Um, well, there’s parts I like about it and parts I dislike; on the whole I can’t say I like it, though. And I watched it before reading the books it’s based on, so it’s not a case of being disappointed that it falls pretty far short of the source material.

Literally 3/4 of the positive reviews I’ve seen of it boil down to “Disney actually made a seriously dark movie, and it’s wicked cool! The Horned King is legit scary!” I’ll agree with both points, but that in itself doesn’t make for a good movie, and Disney made too many missteps in combining elements from two books into one movie plot (though I suspect executive meddling to keep it from being even darker also hurt the storytelling). Still, it’s not bad, and I’d recommend people to give it a chance if it piques their interest.

'cause this is Walt Disney’s first 3D animated film, At that time they didn’t have much experience with 3D.

That is not the reason why. It was 2005. 3D animation wasn’t new. Disney is not some small company. They had plenty of money and resources.

Not only that, the actual animation of the movie holds up just fine. It looks better than a lot of movies that came out almost 20 years later. The movie itself looks good. The character designs, however, were an active decision they chose to have not because they were amateurs.

Nope. That was Dinosaur.
