Reminds me of a story my little brother told me:
So a man was walking down the road, and he met a genie.
“I will grant you one wish” the genie said.
“I wish to know everything about me.” The man said.
“Hmm, interesting that was your first wish” The Genie mused.

I like that story ‘cause it doesn’t make sense (to me at least)

The man had three wishes, his first was for him to know eberything about himself, but he obviously regretted this because his second wish was to forget everything, including that he had made that wish (unintentionally) and so, his third wish was the same as the first, but he could not change it.
