Nerfs!!! PB is trying to rebalance the length of disables!!! That must be stopped!

You’re forgetting the 18 second stun from Shan Yu and 16 second charm from Minnie.

By rebalance I mean raise the average duration of disables. They are starting to make disables last 10 seconds or longer, including Robin Hood, Merlin, Colette, Shan Yu, and Minnie.
