I was doing an Elite Campaign. I completed 3 levels the game glitches and said I needed to complete the other levels before I started the one I was supposed to be on… what the? 
You need to progress higher in normal champaign 
I have not seen any glitches at all 
To unlock more elite areas, you need to beat more in the normal campaign. You can’t access elite areas that are past where you are in normal.
