For once I’m thinking more about a character refresh around Halloween than a new character. Such as a refresh for Jack skellington, I may not know how good he is (I should ask about how good he is) since I started leveling him just for the season. I’ve also seen more people use oogie boogie and lock shock and barrel than him. By no means do I mean they’re on many other teams, just commonly used characters a little more than him.
