how do I do this if he keeps freezing i can’t even do damage for a second

My fozzie is legit 100k power
This means nothing. You have to get him to a high enough rank where he can reduce the duration of the freeze
What skills helps for that?

So does that get higher by promoting him? Or is there a certain skill
Specific badges will give him tenacity.
At Y1, Fozzie has 325 Tenacity, which I believe is enough to reduce the duration of the freeze by 90%.
Hmm thats so wierd so I basically have too keep adding badges?
Yeah, just promote him, look for badges that have tenacity.

At R9 (which I know is maxed for S21, so should be around that for S19), Fozzie has 274 tenacity with a full set of badges.
