You are right but we tried an calm way to handle and it loaded nowhere. If I know how to address this without being a bit emotional I rather do that. But I only get a "no comment " answer

Comments, and from what I gathered, he tried this deal 6 times, and failed all times, but later it says that he received the deal six times? And then he went and got compensation from Google, which means Perblue does not receive the money, but he gets to keep six times the stuff he did before?

Perblue also says he received the stuff, so this sounds like he accidentally stole from Perblue.

Now, maybe it would be possible that Perblue would be willing to take back all that he got from the deal and then let him back into the game?

At least that way it is like nothing happened at all.

This is literally annoying now

A top player got baned because of system mistake? And no way to contact support because support close the door. Am i correct??

No that isn’t what happened. He brought something which cost 100 dollars got charged 600 for it as it wasn’t per blu or his fault. Was an error from Google. Which he has in writing from them. He asked Google to refund the 500 they ended up refunding the 600. Which meant the 100 dollar package he got once from per blue he got for free resulting in being banned. He has said he is happy to pay the 100. He didn’t realise Google would take all the money but he didn’t want to pay 600 for a 100 dollar deal. Hope this makes sense.

If the system have problem. You need to fix the system instead of the player, perblue. Tbh it might happen to any player and not checking the problem by case is not acceptable.
Or u can tell is your side of story. If its made sence, if its fit the world logic. People will listen.

This isn’t something that can just randomly happen. For Google to issue a refund, the player has to contact Google and request a refund. I always recommend players contact us first if they’re having issues with purchasing. We can tell you what purchases we have showing in the system, and provide transaction numbers for those purchases. That way, if there are multiple charges with your bank, but only 1 purchase in the game, you can provide Google the transaction number and say “this one went through, but nothing else”, and Google should be able to leave the successful transaction alone.

I understand people are upset about this, and passionate about their game family, but I expect better behavior on the forums. Attacking my support agents, and swearing are not acceptable behavior.

The player did contact us through the correct channels, and it was escalated through our channels, as per our policy. This issue has been resolved.
