How can i get Higher Friendship Levels?
Complete friendship missions, friendship campaigns, and before level 6 friendship, use them together and win fights outside friendship campaigns

so i have to fight in the Campaing with the two heroes i want to level up to 3 in a Team?
Yeah, for levels 1 to 3 the only way is to fight with those heroes together in other game modes, then the friendship campaign opens, and then at level 5 friendship missions open
