Because Allister Krei got his daughter stuck in a portal. But you need to consider the legality of that. His daughter almost certainly signed some papers about not being able to sue the company if anything goes wrong, she undoubtedly knew the risks, and if Callaghan allowed her too, then he should have known the risks too.

That does not make Joker a hero or Batman a villain.

I think you are forgetting that each movie has a different context within it. Moana is completely unrelated to both BH6 and Robin Hood.
