BREAKING NEWS: President Penguin Dave has issued a statement saying Genshin Impact is now fully legal for No Anime Police affiliates to play. He is aware of how addicting and cool it is and now believes it is not harming due to it being Nintendo. Commander-Rex still is debating to get it.
