I donât really consider my channel to have taken off all that much yet, I appreciate the support though. Maybe Iâm being too modest though haha
Either way, I think for me it came down to yes luck and timing, but ultimately if you just make good content, people will watch, even if it takes a little while to get going.
If you want to succeed in any form of entertainment or really anything creative at all, you have to treat it like a job, even if youâre not making money. Iâve made next to nothing from my YouTube content so far, I just enjoy doing it and itâs certainly helped watching the growth over the past 6 months.
I will admit though it has really helped having these forums as well as the reddit to post on and get eyeballs on my videos, it definitely gave me a good baseline starting point.
