Yo Musk. I remember somewhere Polaris commented that Perblue would only nerf heroes if they viewed them as being too strong.
So, if Perblue didn’t do anything, they didn’t see him as broken meaning that he isn’t. So… you’re wrong.

Maximus is still anoyying in friendship campaigns and if he is a couple ranks higher than my meta heroes

Even if it does, only way to activate it at the start is Mary (Lo) if he dosen’t have an energy giving teammate
Dash has those two counters and a few others
those are Zeus counters
Dash has more:
Reflect (again)
Vinny (red skill)
Probably Hakuna Matata tbh
Gonzo (Du) or whichever one was the disk that reduces the attack and movement speed duration
Literally anyone that does high damage
