As said above, they can and have always been able to contact support regarding this.

That is actually really surprising to see. And of course itās great that you are using your power to good use, but when it came to Elektro Soul you, and Polaris took months to do anything about it. When he did (I assume) far worse things then lovely.
Iām not trying to argue about this, but Iām curious on how just because it is in the public forum, is any different then the harrasment in messages?

You can also report messages. If someone is harassing you via direct message please report and I can look into it if action needs to be taken.
Yeah, and people did, on multiple occasions. And it took a long time, until it was posted publicly.
I personally donāt see the need to continue the discussion though. As if they did post what you say they did. The ban is very deserved.

I could not remember that specific case, but looking into it I see that they were permanently suspended when I first started so I am assuming that once it was brought to my attention I suspended them. I absolutely would not allow anything inappropriate/harassment like that here. If anything like that is happening to ANYONE please report here AND also in support just to make sure it is seen ASAP
Yeah I remember getting a PM from someone asking for help since they were receiving very explicit and inappropriate photos. They obviously reported it but nothing happened since they needed to ask for help from other forumers.

I will say I feel like the main problem did have to do with Polaris not taking action, because I donāt think Loutre was on for any of the times he was reported actually. So thatās my bad.

If that was the issue, then Lovely would have definitely received backlash, and Lovely has not received backlash recently

The wrong person was not suspended. Again, Lovely is and has been welcome to send a message to support at any time to get more information if they feel they need it.
I understand that you are trying to defend Lovely, as we both have seen a side of him in PMās that was very friendly.
However, he did post really a lot, so we could have missed the inappropriate post. I donāt know if you have read everything on Forum Secret Santa+ or Forum Heroes that Lovely has posted, but I definitely havenāt.

Iāve known him for longer, and he has stated in the past (although in private) that he has been disgusted by such things and he would not wish to see them again
