We suggest you submit a support ticket so that the issue can be looked into whether it’s an app issue or a device issue

This is easy to explain–at certain times, the server is put under a decent amount of strain because it’s making server-wide changes.
E.g. changing the shops at 9:00am, 12:00pm, etc., loading up new deals for everyone at 10:00am, Guild War shifting at 12:00pm, Invasion gearing up from 1:00pm to 1:15pm on Mondays, and so on.
