I’ve advised teammates to hold off the game if possible as don’t want them to lose progress due to this fault. Hopefully it will get resolved soon

We have identified the issue and are working to address it. Once we have a fix, we’ll address any compensation and will ensure any purchases are completed.

unfortunately i got hit hard on s19 as I made a ourchase and spent lots of resources upgraded as the issue first emerged. nonetheless, thanks for the updates @Polaris ! Always quick and cant wait for the issue to get fixed, no rush! Thank you!
