So annoyingly the game was lagging before it went down, stupidly I deleted game and then downloaded again, the game loads …… to the wrong server on tutorial, all my accounts are gone when I go to manage accounts …… hoping this fixes once game is fixed 
I could be wrong but maybe send a support ticket when the game gets back up! Hopefully that will help!
