Okay, hear me out. Outside of War, I feel like a guild rarely has to work together to accomplish a goal. I, for one, want more opportunities to work with them via gameplay. The solution?
Replace Heist with a Raid-style dungeon that requires the work of the guild to defeat (together) a boss. For starters, I rarely play Heist. It is not exactly interesting, and half of the time I have players that simply never move or do anything at all, making for a rather lackluster experience.
How it works:
I was thinking DHBM could find a style perhaps similar to raiding in SW:GoH or even PoGo. My idea is that you have a boss with say 4 different stages, each requiring different strategies to maximize success (therefore emphasizing different team comps and such). The boss could be given particular difficulties so guilds of different levels could still have success (though the rewards would be scale, like Trials). The guild will have a period of time to defeat the raid (say, 3 days). If the boss defeats your heroes, they revive after 24 hours. (And revives could even be sold in the shop for diamonds, aka $$$ for PB).
Rewards:
It could be some form of the following:
āRaid coinsā as it would replace Heist coins
Full badges (or bits)
Hero Chips for a certain exclusive character
Red skill chips
Gold
I think with a Disney spin and some fun mechanics, this could revitalize guild participation and even make a lot of money for PB, aka a win for everyone.
Thoughts?
@Polaris Iād love to hear your thoughts as well!
