Would be nice if booting was automatic instead of host controlled. Rarely do I get a host that uses it properly. About 1/3rd of my heists have 4 of 5 idle or a host that boots me 90% of the way in. Very infuriating.
Maybe host heists going forward or only heist with friends
Or try to see why you were kicked every time?
Where there specific rules you might not have followed?
Quite generally if you take heroes from gems, people are not happy and might kick you.
The idea to automaticly kick is wrong anyway though. Because when would this happen? Not when rules agreed upon by players are broken I think.
Maybe auto-kick would happen if someone wpuld go offline? That would be bad as well, since a lot of players come in a heist, guard 5 gems and tell the rest they are gem only. They would be auto-kicked whilst no one wants that.
So auto-kick only creates problems, not solve them. If you’d ask me other stuff could help solving problems:
- Hideout only found after all circles are complete
- Extra warning when calling on heroes that guard gems

The kicking for no reason happens often, I’ve and many I know have joined a heist and 10 seconds after joining we are kicked.
Not even had time to see if gems needed to be covered, move or say hi.
But auto no not a good idea.
Sounds like you solved the only downside, don’t auto kick if any heroes on gems. Still would solve the rest of the bad hosts problems. The other stuff would be awesome too, for sure.
That might work, but I’m nit sure if that’s technically possible though
