Heist fights - close heroes unavailable

Hi.

In the last few days I’ve noticed a recurring problem. In the past it had happened but not as often as it is now.
With some fights, when you bring backup heroes right next to the fight - when the fight starts, those heroes do not appear in the 5 heroes option. The heroes are either far guards or even further free heroes, sometimes 20-25 seconds away.
Which means you usually fight and die with one hero.

Anyone else encountered that problem?

Heist Error

I have a little problem in the heist. When I am going to attack an accomplice (I do not remember the name correctly), I send my heroes nearby so that they arrive quickly to the battle. (As seen in the image) [Screenshot_20190629-212715] But, when starting the battle, I can only call heroes that are far away or are covering a gem. Having mine to 1 second of the battle. [Screenshot_20190629-130600] Any way to be able to call only my heroes? or that those who are covering the gems are “blocked”…

This is a known issue, but PerBlue will probably not fix the bug.

This happens when two playets fight at the same time. The game “offered” those characters to another player, and you can’t call them if you started your fight before that player finished it.

Not to my experience. I was fighting alone in those areas.
