Help cannot access mail or heroes

I cannot access mail, my heroes, the quests, or anything else. When I go to hit the three lines in the upper right corner nothing happens

Are you able to raise a ticket with support?

You’re more likely to get a fix by doing that than posting here. It may take a while though, they will be busy working on fixing bugs from the recent update.

Same thing is happening to me too. If u delete the game and reload it will work again. if I go into heros to pick a “friends” attack and do it and the game crashes during the attack, then I can not get into the three line drop down again until I delete and reload game.

Same has happened to me. Seems to be a bug in the new feature that turns off the side menu during quick fights. If you crash while using quick fight the side menu doesn’t turn
