This probably won’t happen, but hey, it’s a Disney property, so it’s not 100% impossible, right? Anyway, for my first hero concept, I decided to go with that beloved bill from Schoolhouse Rock. When I first thought of him, I imagined him more as a surprise character that would just be cool to see. However, as I started thinking on it some more, he really does have some potential to be a great character inclusion.

“I’m just a bill. Yes, I’m only a bill. And I’m sitting here on Capitol Hill.”
Entrance: Walks up and waves
Victory: Salutes, becoming a law
Defeat: “Dies in committee” (wobbles around and falls onto his back)
Basic Attack: Throws a bill sticker (I dunno, best I could come up with)
Skills:
White: Long, Long Journey
Bill attempts to hitch a ride to the Capitol City, damaging all enemies for xxx damage. (Normal)
Green: President’s Veto
Bill vetoes an enemy, dealing xxx damage and stunning them for 5 seconds. (Fantastic)
Blue: Hope and Pray
Once per wave, Bill hopes and prays he will become a law, giving xxx armor to his allies.
Purple: Be a Law
Each time President’s Veto is activated, Bill heals xxx damage.
