They said Megavolt and Launchpad will come in November, probably Nov 15 because they want to release those two when Disney+ is released
After Disney+ the developers have a good amount of options to choose from for heroes since so many shows and movies will be on it.

Polaris said that this update will be smaller than the 1.13 patch. Maybe only Captain Hook will come
