anyways we shouldnât add Basilâs refresh because it isnât a refresh. TBH itâs worse than Kimâs. And if Kimâs refresh was already bad, you should KNOW how bad Basilâs was.

Or will you not keep track of refreshes anymore due to all heroes being rebalanced?

Basil and Syndrome but they donât count as full refreshes, so no.
