Best character in the whole game Imo. Her link turns any frontliner in a deadly machine.

Underrated. Huge potential.
Rex isn’t the best, but I wouldn’t call him garbage. He has some uses, like his knockbacks and silences, as well as his shield-shattering capabilities, but his strengths are more in his Skillset than his stats.
Woody is a great character. Great speed boosts, decent healing, and his lasso is one of the best tools in the game to destroy deadly backliners like Maleficent or Animal.
Buzz. Eh. Like Rex, he’s pretty weak in statistics, especially his defense, but he can be useful with his purple skill buffed by his Zurg disk.
Megara’s excellent. Her link is great for almost any hero, providing her with a wide range of team options, and her active skill can be a deadly weapon against teams that rely on strong frontliners like Scar and Beast.
Hades is a very versatile Tank; he strays away from the traditional Tank theme (staying up front to soak up the impact of most attacks), instead using his midline position to drain damage from allies, which also buffs his damage output significantly.
Sally can be a deadly Damage/Tank when given the right Supports. She has immense HP and Reality, but many Tanks outmuscle her in defense stats. Her awesome DoT makes her a great asset.
Judy is once again a powerful hero with weak resistance. She provides tremendous basic damage buffs and good speed increases to her allies, but vulnerable positioning and poor HP leave her hopeless against fast attackers.
Rafiki hops around the battlefield with astounding agility, both supporting allies and beating up enemies. His white skill is one of the best in the game imo, with an 80% damage reduction tag allowing him to withstand almost anything that gets thrown at him: You could have a Tooned-Up Jack Sparrow with a basic damage buff hit Rafiki with all eight shots of his cannonball onslaught, and Rafiki would probably still tank through it.
