That post was just a preview of the next hero movements, a new tier list wouldn’t have to be made for 2 heroes. That’ll probably be after the next refreshes

His final placement is about the same place as the prediction.
Unlike Skinner, which improved a lot, from B to S tier.

Yes, we will only know that once the actual numbers can be seen ingame
“Increase” on the Patch Notes can mean 1% or 2000% this can significantly affect how strong the hero is in tier list

Which disc is best for him?
Flash and Skinner both have good disks.
But for Skinner, I would go more towards Mary disk. For Flash, it hardly matters.

Genuinely surprised at some of the selections that made it up to S-tier, concidering your grievances with these heroes:
Triton
Megavolt
Eeyore
Tigger
Captain Hook
Very curious to see how Triton, Helga, Vinny, and Flash made it up all the way in S-tier.
