I think he is probably the most definite worse than Sarah out of all of them
Just saying but I was ironic, he’s fairly strong even 4 years after his release
For being 4 years old I can get that, but I find him more C Tier, and most of the other heroes I listed are either b or c in my opinion but I find hiro worst out of all of them, also a lot of good heroes came out 3-4 years ago, like Elsa.

I have a couple things I think should be altered, just my opinion.
Minnie, I think she should be moved above Kaa, just cause I personally think Kaa, Quackerjack, and Honey Lemon are pretty much like B Tier
Vanellope, I think she should me maximum low c tier…
Rapunzel, I think Rapunzel should be low B tier…
Namaari, I think Namaari should be moved below Disgust
22, I think 22 should be moved below Pocahontas
Yax, I think Yax should be moved into D Tier
Colette, I think Colette should be moved somewhere under Quackerjack and above Tia Dalma

A few things.
- Why was Meg moved below Chip and Dale and Joy? Well I can partially understand this…
I get Meg getting moved below Chip and Dale, like I get why but I don’t think she should have if that makes sense.
And Joy, no, just no.
Joy is way worse than Meg. Meg at least deals some damage, she charms, and she links allies so she dies instead of them and then the ally is invincible for a duration. So I think Meg should be moved back up.

The Evil Queen, why was she moved down? She is literally not that bad, also I think her disk should be just (Ga), and I think she should be moved back to B Tier.

Magica, I think her disk should be changed to only (Me), also I think she should be moved up above Ursula.

Violet, now yes I agree she is very very horrible, but I think she should be moved above Miguel because Miguel is worse.

Sadness, why is Sadness in C Tier? She is quite possibly one of the best tanks in the game, behind Pacha, Shank, Clawhauser, Meilin, Carl, and Phillip anyway, so I think she should be moved into either A or B.
