We just got Linguini and Remy, and it says they are event exclusive. But what does that mean? It looks like they’re not a reward for this weekend’s contest (not on server 14 at least), and it doesn’t look like they’re in any crates. I assumed it would be solo deals and chip deals to get them, but I haven’t seen any yet.

They might be available through the Limited Edition crates, replacing Jasmine
And if what @Filadae_Djaq said is correct, which I assume will be the case, then the first crate will be free and will guarantee that Remy and Linguini will drop from it.
