I am not seeing player using jasmine in arena & coliseum? Is she is not worth it to upgrade ?

Jasmine have Rajah , they both r useful…
Jasmine is good for bosses as well
I see her occasionally. She strikes me as a strong hero, just not someone that you can really build a team around, and her skills (stun, energy steal, extra hero) aren’t really in vogue right now.

She’s good for throwing into an invasion team with gizmo, her Aladdin disk just helps gizmo go off more. Rajah is also like an additional hero which also helps in some situations
She’s good, use her often. I find that Rajah is good as a shield and for a lot of damage.
