Hello, I am brand new to the game. I saw that Barley was being added and I wanted to know how I can unlock him, he is my favorite Disney character!

Barley is available in special crates that can only be bought using Coliseum Tokens. These crates are on a daily rotation with other crates, so my advice would just be to wait a couple of days until those crates come around.

You unlock it at level 40.
