Ive got limited resources to upgraded either slinky or angel, Who do upgrade?
Note challenger rules today are silence.
Angel imo.
Slinky is going down from meta day by day.

Just to ask, between Angel, Dr.Drakken and Disgust which of them are best if wanting to score points towards the challenge rules?
I guess with Esmeralda now being a counter to Silence I am not sure how ideal it to focus on Silence focused characters, so thought I hear here.
Esmeralda does nothing to silences
As for who is better, for the rule probably Disgust or Drakken (Ki), but in general if I were to build a silence character I’d choose Angel, then Drakken and then Disgust
Oh, I meant in the sense that Esmeralda heals allies if they are silenced and such as well as gaining 250 energy herself for each time an ally is silenced, so kind of counterproductive to the enemy team to give the ally team HP and Esmeralda energy.

Yep Esmeralda just heals, not really a great counter to silence.
Not really we can test in Div 7, not many hard teams there. But Ig angel would give more.

Sadly, this skill doesn’t help cause in most cases Esmeralda gets silenced herself, so she is unable to benefit from energy she gets 
I see, so Esmeralda need to be in a team with a character that gives Hardy in order for her to work properly, even if that could mean that the others aren’t silenced either if everyone has Hardy.
Well she has tenacity so she gets rid of her own silence pretty quickly.
But even if she uses her active, allies remain silenced and only able to basic attack so the buffs won’t help much
I see so technically more of a counterproductive skillset as she doesn’t Cleanse the Silences, if she did then she would be a proper Silence counter.
I didn’t know that part technically had started to update her for her Team Speed Increase, but by the sound of it her skillset isn’t built enough to be a proper Silence counter since to be properly good with her healing she should also have cleansed Silence as well.
Might drop focusing on Esmeralda more if so.
I’d say keep working on her, her active alone makes her S tier, without even counting the huge damage she does and the goat with 60M+ HP
Sort of, but she is still extremely vulnerable against Drakken, cause her animation takes enough time for enemies to punish her for fragile defensive stats.
Hum…, I see and at least for now I think I will wait on updating her more until I decide if I want to upgrade her again.
Luckily I stopped at R9 as I came to think of that it would be better to badge her up during a gold spending contest as crafting badges cost gold.
