You kinda lack tanks/good dps.
So you could try to go for a Felix Tank, granted you get him his friendship disk that also freezes.
Then I would either go for Scrooge or HDL. HDL will give extra stuns making your team that more cc heavy.
Scrooge is pretty allright as a DPS.

If you want to build a freeze team then Olaf is a must. There are some heroes with Freeze disc like Felix, Merinda, Genie. But in my opinion, Merinda is better
Is wall-E a good choice too?
I haven’t used him so I can’t say for sure. But one of his friend disc increases disable time so he may be useful ;)))
I tested out Wall-E for months, and personally, his freeze only last so long that by the time he gets back to his original position, the creeps aren’t frozen anymore.
