Someone care to explain why Ian randomly loses his reflect here, allowing Hank and Dory to one shot him? Ian and his Reflection skill are at max level, and none of the enemies here have skills that take away Reflect. I’m confused.
Ian gave Reflect to Tron so unless you have Ian’s Goliath disk with at least 4 stars then it tracks that he wouldn’t have Reflect.

Why though. It says Ian’s purple skill give both the back ally and himself Reflect for 5 seconds.
The duration is independent from the original reflect
If you have the Goliath disk on 1 star, the second reflect will last 1 second

The wording on it sucks, but Ian’s Purple skill says that it gives the back-most party member Reflect for 5 seconds, even if that person happens to be himself. It only gives Reflect to that one target.

This is wrong. Ian’s reflect gives himself AND his ally reflect
You could see this picture above. Yet, somehow, Ian’s reflect doesn’t stop him from being defeated. Pls check below picture

By any chance having Go disk?
I do have the (5-star) Go disk and do see there are sometimes problems facing Swedish Cheff, in that it seems reflect wears off much sooner. No video unfortunately 
Chef with one disk can REMOVE active buffs when applying Fatigue…
In my case, no one can remove buff, yet Ian’s reflect go off sooner 
Is the disk on 5 stars?
Apparently if your ian doesn’t have goliath’s disk and/or unequipped, then the reflect won’t apply to him. It doesn’t last so you wanna read the skill description more careful including the disk description. If goliath’s disk star is not at max, it will not last long so you want to make the disk stars as your priority.
If using a different disk, then reflect will apply to the backline ally instead of himself. If he’s the only backline hero, then reflect will apply to himself so you wanna watch your line ups and have mid and front line heroes
if you want ian to have reflect for himself, but highly recommended to have goliath’s disk.

And what disks they have?
Elsa’s, Mr Incredible, Ursula, and Hank and Dory. None of them have discs that remove perks or make them last a shorter duration
Do you have Ian’s Goliath disk with less than 4 stars?
Only 4? Can you take screen shot for the line from outside, from main screen?
It’s wave 1 in the campaign, there’s always only 4 heroes for the first wave.
Interesting that you want this screenshot, since it shows none of the viruses that I encounter in the first wave.
Ignore ProtectorSimba, they’re just making the situation more complicated. There is no bug, Ian’s purple only gives Reflect to one ally, in this case Tron, and his Goliath disk will only give him Reflect past 3 seconds if it’s at least 4 stars.
