That’s true, but Joy has virtually no time at all to stack up “Happiness” enough to strengthen the team’s reality at a high enough point to survive the onslaught of Whirling Dervish.
Olaf disk could help since it gives her start of combat happiness. But the thing is, Jafar can give whirling dervish more than once per fight…

If you’re referring to woody Jessie disk, jafar(SC) ‘s whirling dervish comes out faster than Woody(Je)’s lasso.

No, I mean, Jessie will still jump in front of Jafar. Maybe being pulled forward by Woody helps if Jafar has more backline allies for Jessie to jump into the team.
