Jessie Cannot Dodge Bolt's Basic Attacks (BUG)

So, I’m just starting to notice this bug now (or whatever you wanna call it), and it’s gets kinda annoying. After a more recent update (January, I presume), I noticed that Jessie has absolutely no chance of dodging Bolt’s basic attacks (regardless of their levels, ranks, etc.). Remember, Jessie’s purple skill gives her a 25% chance to dodge any enemy attacks, basic or skill (but it is, of course, reduced if the enemy is a greater level than her).

It seems that she can dodge any other attacks from any other enemy, just not Bolt’s basic damage ability. I’ve been noticing this since about mid January, especially in Arena, Coliseum, and chat spar. Additionally, Jessie is my main and go-to hero at the moment (Lv. 188), so it’s very noticeable for me and doesn’t help when facing against enemies in Arena.

Also, when Jessie fights Bolt on any level, it still says that she dodged the attack (which appears above her head), but still deals damage. Clearly a bug, right (image for reference)?

Can this bug be fixed?

Could be a consequence of Bolt’s purple, but yes, looks like an issue to me. But for better understanding: is the damage she recieves normal or true?

Regardless, Jessie should be dodging the attack and not be taking any damage. Again, this hasn’t happened before, just of recently after a more recent update and I wanted to bring it up now.

She has a 25% to dodge any attack (see screenshot) and an additional 40% if she has the Judy Disk equipped at MAX stars. It keeps saying that she “dodged” the attack but is yet still dealing damage every time Bolt does a basic attack on her, whilst all his other abilities can still be dodged and not deal damage, if you know what I mean.

And what do you mean by if she receives true or normal damage? Do you mean if she takes that damage, or uses it?

Edit: Yes, because of Bolt’s True Damage effect it may have something to do with it, but I don’t see why it it would randomly change after an update. And it wouldn’t be saying that she’s dodging the attack either. Also, if someone can point it out, but does True Damage also prohibit dodge attacks? Because Jessie, which I tested in a spar, can still dodge the Queen of Hearts and Stitch’s true damage.

Edit 2: I tested Jessie against Bolt heroes without their purple skill. She is still “dodging,” but still dealing small amounts of damage.

The additional damage is its own separate attack, and it apparently can’t be dodged.

Probably the same reason why angels blue does not work against Bolts basic attacks.
