Coming to dish out justice in the name of his righteousness judge claud frollo makes his entrance!
Judge claud frollo is a control based villain from the hunchback of Notre dame franchise he has a skill set packed full of justice! His white skill is unlocked by unlocking the evil judge speaking of evil judge his white skill is called “hell fire” it deals an X amount of fantastic damage over the course of 3 seconds and has a new effect to boot with it called “intimidation” each stack of intimidation lowers the enemy/enemies base attack and skill power by an X amount per stack (judge frollo can have a max of 5 stacks of intimidation applied to each enemy at once).
Judge frollo’s green skill is named “reinforced justice” this skill applies a shield to judge frollo with an X amount of HP and applies 1 stack of hardy per stack of intimidation on an enemy/enemies onto himself and the front most ally.
Judge frollo’s blue skill is named “F for forgiveness” when this skill is activated judge frollo heals the weakest ally/allies for an X amount of HP as well as giving them a 50% attack and speed increase per stack of intimidation on the enemy/enemies. Judge frollo’s purple skill is called “A for abomination” this skill deals an X amount of true damage as well as reducing the enemy/enemies movement and attack speed by 50% per stack of intimidation. Judge frollo’s red skill is called “absolute justice” when unlocked judge frollo is now immune to all saps and energy stealing effects when an enemy tries to sap or steal energy from judge frollo they are instead scared and applied 5 stacks of intimidation.
Judge frollo’s friendships are with the queen of hearts as well as jafar.
The queen of hearts disk is named “queens judge” this disk increases judge frollo’s cap on his intimidation stack from 5 to 10.
Jafars disk is called “sultans judge” this disk allows frollo to remove a Sap from the ally with the most energy (this does not include frollo).
